Peloton Tread

The Tread is a treadmill first, and it fails the way treadmills do. We repair:

  • Belt slipping, drifting off centre or dragging

When to Call a Pro

We are an independent service company. Here is how that works for a Peloton:

  • Still under Peloton’s warranty: contact Peloton first, because the manufacturer covers its own parts
  • Out of warranty, or you want a local technician: we repair it at our flat rate
  • Account, subscription and app problems belong to Peloton; we fix the machine
  • Parts are quoted and approved before anything is ordered
